Blue Danube River Tour 2011 

33 Cruisers are back from our Blue Danube River Tour. What a great time.  Grand Circle Travel (GCT) setup our hotels, tours & transportation. 23 Explorers took the Germany pre-tour. Our GCT tour guide Hunor Nagy met us in Berlin & stayed with us the whole trip. We explored Berlin, Wittenburg  & Dresden Germany for five days. The rest of our cruisers met us in Prague, Czech Republic. All 33 of us spent three days exploring the Czech Republic. We were bussed to Linz, Austria where we boarded the GCT river ship "River Adagio". The next morning we took a bus trip to Salzburg, Austria. The next day we set sail for Durnstein /Melk, Austria. We continued cruising the Blue Danube to Vienna, Austria  Bratislava, Slovakia  & to the beautiful cities of Buda & Pest, Hungary. Yes Buda & Pest are two cities on each side of the Danube river connected by bridges.
